About Us

For over two decades, I was deeply immersed in the fitness community as a Certified Master Personal Trainer and fitness instructor here in Union County. From 2004 to 2024, I had the privilege of working at nearly every facility in town, helping individuals improve their health and achieve their fitness goals. Along the way, I noticed something that stayed with me—a consistent and concerning pattern. There was a significant financial barrier preventing so many people from getting the help they needed.

Whether it was the cost of a gym membership, personal training, or fitness classes, many people in our community simply could not afford the resources required to prioritize their health. This gap became increasingly clear, and it broke my heart to see so many individuals with the desire to improve their well-being but without the means to do so.

It was then that I realized there had to be a better way—a way to create access to the health and wellness resources that everyone deserves, regardless of their financial situation. This realization sparked the creation of The Angel Project, Inc.

The Angel Project was born out of the belief that everyone should have access to the tools they need for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide the resources, support, and education necessary to help our community members lead healthier, more fulfilled lives. We aim to eliminate the financial barriers that stand in the way of recovery and wellness, and instead offer the hope, guidance, and empowerment that everyone deserves.

We provide a range of services, from personal fitness training and nutrition education to mental and behavioral health support, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether someone is recovering from physical injury, seeking mental wellness support, or striving to improve their overall health, The Angel Project is here to help.

It is my belief that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected, and each plays an essential role in an individual’s journey toward healing and self-empowerment. The Angel Project, Inc. is a place where community members can come together to support each other in their wellness journey—without the financial burden.
